There are many ways you can begin to support your own transformation to a better version of you, and a more fulfilled quality of life! 
 

Breathwork

(Nervous System Regulation)
Take 3 DEEP breaths..SLOWLY breathing out (out 4 seconds)
Repeat 3 times (3 rounds of 3 breaths)
Measure how you feel at the end of each round
Complete these exercises 3 times daily! (Morning, Lunchtime and Nightly)
 

Close Eyes and Conceptualise

(Amygdala control)
With your eyes closed comfortably, and continuing your breathing,
begin to think of something that puts a smile on your face, something you’re grateful for in your life or something you’re proud of achieving. 
This may take practice! Be kind to yourself and find that connection with your breathing.

Keep a Diary

(Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
Use an exercise book, pen and paper or even the notes in your phone to keep a daily reflection for 3 days minimum. Write a few lines each day, outline what went well, what didn’t go so well and any changes in your mood? What are you noticing? Write as much or as little as you feel!
